  4. Slow - They were meant to be complete within 48 hours, I came in after 3 days, they couldn't find all my shirts - I had to pick up just a few of them and then arrange for the rest to be delivered

  Have been a customer for 3+ years. Lost a pair of suit pants placed out for pick up. Kris has taken zero responsibility and showed no interest in responding to calls, or listening to my concerns in any way. Very disappointing service experience for someone who has been a long term customer.

  Clearly don't know what they are doing. Have ruined a $300 shirt by overheating it. A hole has also formed due to the extreme temperatures they use, will not be returning.

  Really happy with the friendly & prompt service at this place. I've had my clothes dry cleaned here on several occasions & always have a quick turn around & receive my clothes in better condition than they were before! Two thumbs up.
